Armstrong County Warrant RecordsArmstrong County Warrant Records

Call the issuing court first. The Armstrong County Sheriff handles local law-enforcement and custody questions, Armstrong JP handles county citation matters, and Claude City Hall routes municipal court cases. Those offices cannot all answer the same question. Use the contact details below to reach the office most likely to hold the record, and ask what status it can confirm before visiting or paying. If you are unsure which office applies, start with the court named on the citation or case paper.

This Is Not a Government or Law-Enforcement Office. Armstrong County Warrant Records is privately operated. It cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall court process, accept payment, post bond, arrange a surrender, or provide legal advice. Those questions belong with the issuing court, the Sheriff, or a Texas attorney.

Choose the office named on the citation or court paper. If the case type is unclear, call first and ask which clerk holds the record. The county's offices are close together, but the city court, JP, combined clerk, and Sheriff maintain different records.

The county's public-information instructions explain requests for existing records and note that a new list need not be created. Read the Chapter 552 request instructions before asking for a docket, order, return, or clearance record.
